With degrees in both Business and Arts, Melissa combines strategic thinking with design expertise — a rare blend that underpins every project she delivers.

Her career has spanned international travel, time living in France and Italy, and experience within Sydney’s property and luxury hotel industries, where she developed a deep understanding of how thoughtfully designed spaces influence both emotion and commercial performance.

Today, Melissa is the founder of Holiday Home Stylist, a leading property staging and holiday home furnishing business on the Coffs Coast. Known for a complete, turnkey approach, Melissa and her team manage everything from concept and sourcing through to delivery and installation — transforming properties into beautifully presented, high-performing spaces that sell faster, book more often, and achieve stronger returns.

With an extensive in-house warehouse of premium furniture and décor, Holiday Home Stylist delivers at scale while maintaining a refined, design-led finish. From luxury retreats and family homes to pet-friendly and accessible stays, every space is crafted to balance beauty, durability, and investment value.

Melissa also serves on the board of the Coffs Harbour Chamber of Commerce, where she actively supports local businesses and contributes to the region’s tourism and economic growth.

With a professional background spanning health administration, IT, and social media management, she developed exceptional systems, coordination, and problem-solving skills — strengths that now play a vital role in delivering seamless property transformations.

Known internally as the “Queen of Organisation,” Talia ensures every project runs smoothly, from planning and sourcing through to installation and finishing touches. Her eye for detail, efficiency, and calm approach on site help create beautifully styled spaces while keeping timelines, logistics, and budgets on track.

Passionate about interiors that balance style with practicality, Talia works across staging and holiday home fit-outs to craft spaces that are both inviting and functional — designed not just to look good, but to perform.
