Holding Bachelor degrees in both Business and Arts, with a major in Sociology, Melissa Parisi brings together commercial strategy, creative expertise and a deep understanding of human behaviour and how people emotionally connect with spaces — a rare combination that shapes every Holiday Home Stylist project.

Her career has been shaped by international travel, time living in France and Italy, and more than 20 years’ experience across Sydney’s property and luxury hotel sectors, including leading property group Mirvac and boutique funds management firms.

Together, these experiences shaped Melissa’s understanding of property, investment value and how thoughtfully designed spaces can influence emotion, elevate experience and drive stronger commercial outcomes.

Today, Melissa is the founder and creative force behind Holiday Home Stylist — one of the Coffs Coast’s leading property staging and holiday home furnishing businesses. Known for a highly strategic and complete turnkey approach, Melissa and her team manage every aspect of the process, from concept development and sourcing through to delivery, styling and installation.

With a professional background spanning health administration, IT, and social media management, she developed exceptional systems, coordination, and problem-solving skills — strengths that now play a vital role in delivering seamless property transformations.

Known internally as the “Queen of Organisation,” Talia ensures every project runs smoothly, from planning and sourcing through to installation and finishing touches. Her eye for detail, efficiency, and calm approach on site help create beautifully styled spaces while keeping timelines, logistics, and budgets on track.

Passionate about interiors that balance style with practicality, Talia works across staging and holiday home fit-outs to craft spaces that are both inviting and functional — designed not just to look good, but to perform.
