We delivered a complete furnishing solution designed to maximise guest appeal and booking performance. We strategically configured the bedding in each room to optimise guest numbers, while maintaining a cohesive, coastal  look through carefully selected furniture and artwork.

We fully equipped the kitchen with quality cookware, glassware, and a premium coffee machine—one of the most searched features for guests. Outside we ordered grey and white striped awnings through Coffs Coast  Blinds and Awnings. We then attended the photoshoot to style every detail, ensuring the property launched with beautiful, high-impact imagery to attract bookings.

This beautiful home was already thoughtfully furnished by the owners, featuring high-quality pieces that provided a strong foundation. We introduced several thousand dollars’ worth of soft furnishings, layering plush cushions across the bedrooms and living spaces to create a sense of warmth, comfort, and luxury. A striking fuchsia orchid arrangement was placed on the kitchen bench as a statement moment—drawing the eye and adding a vibrant, lifestyle-driven focal point. Carefully selected artwork was also incorporated throughout the home to create cohesion and a more refined, gallery-like feel.

Through these strategic additions, we were able to take the home to the next level—ensuring it presents beautifully online while clearly showcasing the relaxed, high-end lifestyle on offer. We layered rich chocolate browns, warm neutrals, textured creams, and hints of sage green to deliver a sophisticated, cohesive aesthetic. Bespoke artwork was carefully selected throughout, and a cleverly designed study nook was introduced to enhance functionality and lifestyle appeal. Bedrooms were styled with luxurious, layered bedding and feather cushions, while brushed bronze accents were used to complement the cabinetry and elevate the overall finish.
